This workflow automates follow‑up for trials that do not convert in the Subscriptions deal pipeline.
When a trial deal is marked Closed Lost – Trial Not Converted (Lost), the workflow:
- Waits 1 day
- Creates a low‑priority task for Quincey K. Lee
- Sends an internal email to Quincey when the contact is already in Prospecting Agent
This keeps human eyes on churned trials while allowing Prospecting Agent to handle re‑engagement.
