1) Purpose

This workflow automates follow‑up for trials that do not convert in the Subscriptions deal pipeline.

When a trial deal is marked Closed Lost – Trial Not Converted (Lost), the workflow:

  1. Waits 1 day
  2. Creates a low‑priority task for Quincey K. Lee
  3. Sends an internal email to Quincey when the contact is already in Prospecting Agent

This keeps human eyes on churned trials while allowing Prospecting Agent to handle re‑engagement.
