1. Purpose

This workflow automatically creates a Subscriptions pipeline deal whenever a contact begins a Free Trial.

When a contact enters the lifecycle stage pipeline segment for trial users, the workflow:

  1. Detects that transition
  2. Creates a Subscriptions deal in the Trial Started stage
  3. Names the deal using the contact’s email: Free Trial – {Contact Email}

This keeps the Subscriptions pipeline in sync with Free Trial starts, enabling clean reporting and handoff into the subscription flow.
